Canva Craft plans designs before generating 2K images

canva has introduced canva craft, its first ai image generation model that uses a two-stage architecture to plan designs before generating images. this model can produce images at up to 2k resolution and in more than 30 aspect ratios, allowing for greater precision, consistency, and control. canva craft was trained on millions of human-made templates from canva's content library and is currently ranked fourth on design arena's leaderboard for ai image generation models. the model is available globally to all users and comes with robust input and output moderation, privacy and safety controls, and reporting tools. canva plans to allow ai agents to plug into canva craft and roll out more efficient models in the future.
